Enterprise Transformation & Operations Leader

Turning complexity into direction.

I lead enterprise and digital transformation programmes that turn complex priorities into executable roadmaps, technology-enabled products, operating models and measurable outcomes — connecting strategy, Product and Technology, operations, customers, commercial value, risk and people at enterprise scale.

Scale is context.
Outcomes are the point.

Problems I solve

Where I am most useful.

The common denominator is rarely a single project. It is an organisation that needs clearer direction, stronger mechanisms or a better connection between technology, operations and the customer.

01 · STRATEGY → EXECUTION

The strategy is clear. Execution isn't.

I translate senior priorities into operating plans, ownership, governance, investment choices and measurable outcomes.

02 · FRAGMENTED TRANSFORMATION

Functions are moving, but not together.

I align Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Legal, Risk and regional teams around shared decisions and dependencies.

03 · TECHNOLOGY → ADOPTION

The product exists. The value hasn't landed.

I build the processes, incentives, capability and feedback loops that turn deployment into sustained adoption and business value.

04 · DATA → DECISIONS

There is information, but not enough clarity.

I turn performance signals into mechanisms leaders can use to prioritise, intervene and make trade-offs.

Selected work

Evidence over adjectives.

Three flagship stories use the same executive lens: Situation, Task, Action and Result. Each then uses a different visual to show the outcome rather than repeating the same card pattern.

01 · Amazon · EU Operations

From fragmented safety activity to an enterprise operating system

Scale was increasing faster than the mechanisms used to govern safety, technology adoption and partner accountability. The opportunity was to connect interventions as one system.

S · SITUATION

Multi-market performance, adoption and compliance challenges crossed operations, technology, regulation and partner behaviour.

T · TASK

Create a scalable direction senior leaders could invest in, regional teams could execute and partners could adopt.

A · ACTION

Built governance and scorecards, shaped the AI-camera product and deployment roadmap, translated operational and partner needs into requirements, aligned Legal/Product/Tech/Ops/Finance, prioritised pilots and market releases, developed investment cases and capability mechanisms, and managed dependencies, RAID and benefits across a £10M programme budget.

R · RESULT

Compliance moved 19→90%, with material operational improvement and £2.3M annual optimisation across the broader operating model.

LEADERSHIP IN THE FIELD

Bringing strategy to the partner network.

As Safety & Compliance Excellence Lead for the Amazon Freight Partner programme, I presented the safety and technology strategy at Amazon Fast Forward — bringing partners, operations and programme teams together around the next generation of transportation safety.

The session connected AI-enabled safety technology, partner adoption and commercial value, translating the wider transformation programme into a clear proposition for the people responsible for delivering it across the network.

Using remediation to improve the operating model

A £125M customer remediation portfolio required accuracy and control, but also exposed opportunities to improve how teams made decisions and served customers.

S · SITUATION

50,000+ regulated customer cases, multiple control functions and material customer consequences.

T · TASK

Deliver remediation accurately while strengthening governance, throughput and customer experience.

A · ACTION

Aligned Risk, Legal, Finance, Operations and Customer teams; redesigned roles and performance mechanisms; addressed complaint drivers.

R · RESULT

98.2% accuracy, 96% SLA, 25% efficiency improvement, 20% fewer complaints and +15-point NPS.

03 · Barclays · Digital Customer

Connecting technology adoption to customer and commercial value

Digital identity was not simply a technology launch. Product, Technology, Fraud, Risk and Operations had to converge around an easier customer outcome without weakening control.

S · SITUATION

High-volume onboarding needed to become easier while retaining fraud and risk controls.

T · TASK

Create an end-to-end adoption path connecting customer need, product design, controls and operations.

A · ACTION

Led strategy and activation across Product, Technology, Fraud, Risk and Operations, using customer and operational feedback.

R · RESULT

25,000+ applications processed monthly and £1.8M annual revenue uplift.

Leadership in action

Setting the 2027 digital programme agenda.

One integrated story: use evidence from 2026 to decide what should scale, design the system around reinforcing levers, sequence the roadmap and make the decisions required from leadership explicit.

Journey

The foundations still matter.

Hover over each stage. The progression is less about job titles and more about the changing scale and nature of the problems I was trusted to solve.

Build. Contribute. Live.

Enough context to understand the person behind the work, without turning the portfolio into a biography.

Build

Entrepreneurship + technology

Corven Consulting, Cleva Services and an ongoing curiosity for digital products and AI give me an outlet to build from zero and stay close to the customer.

Contribute

Mentoring + community

I mentor individuals in their development, with earlier experience spanning trusteeship, football-club leadership and D&I leadership at Barclays, alongside an interest in humanitarian causes.

Live

Family + football

Family keeps perspective at the centre. Football has been a constant — playing, leading and following Arsenal — and remains one of the places I most enjoy teamwork, competition and community.
